In In Sept of 2007, I started another racing adventure during the off season.  It is on-line racing.  I race with a  group of guys from Degapro.  They race 47 laps at Talledega 3x a night, 7 days a week.  Thursdays they race a 104 lap race from Talledega and it's called Thursday Night Thunder Series. 

The game we use is Nascar Racing 2003 Season, by far the best racing sim out there.  The car physics, tracks, etc. are unbelievable!  The time it takes to run 47 laps is about 42 min. The 104 lappers can take anywhere from 1  1/2 hrs to a little longer depending on the cautions.   The best thing is when you get in a crash, it doesn't hurt or cost you anything!

I have met some great drivers on-line and have to give a shout out to Fireball.  Fireball and I just seem to click and usually end up drafting partners during the race.  Both of us know we can trust each other 100%.  Some of the other great drivers are Jason Samara, and JG Vikings just to name a few.  However, there are a lot of other great drivers too!
